Making the most of the lockdown in my Highland home and feeling incredibly lucky to live where I do surrounded by fields and woods full of wildlife.
Another stormy month in the Scottish Highlands, but I made the most of it with trips to the mountain hares and some lovely red squirrels in the snow.

The gorgeous flowering heather, makes August a beautiful time to visit the Scottish Highlands and it’s a great season to photograph the wonderful little red squirrels.

Great to be back on Mull in late April 2019 for a week of wonderful wildlife encounters including otters, sea eagles and puffins.
A wonderful first visit to RSPB Troup Head to see the gannets and fulmars.
Brown hares, roe deer and curlew in the fields and red squirrels in the garden… my idea of wildlife heaven.
