Karen Miller is pleased to announce the opening of her new short-stay rental cabin “The Drey Inchberry” in the heart of the Scottish Highlands. Ideally suited to photographers and nature lovers.
It’s been a crazy couple of months weather-wise but the wildlife is still out and about to enjoy.
As lockdown continues in the Scottish Highlands I’ve been sticking to my local patch photographing and filming the amazing wildlife on my doorstep.
Another year, another lockdown and I count myself extremely lucky to have such wonderful wildlife including red squirrels both in my gardens and my local wood.

Now autumn has arrived in the Scottish Highlands I’m enjoying watching my red squirrel family amongst the golds and oranges of the season.
With the lockdown 5 mile travel limit dropped I’ve been able to go further afield spending time with mountain hares, dolphins and much more.
Nine weeks into lockdown and although craving human company it’s been a joy to spend May watching and photographing the local wildlife.
Another stormy month in the Scottish Highlands, but I made the most of it with trips to the mountain hares and some lovely red squirrels in the snow.
